A space to reflect.
We all need a space to sink into silence. And it helps to have someone hold that space for us— to hear truth, wherever we are on our journey. Whether that truth comes from your higher self, from your tradition, or your God/s, spiritual direction is a vessel to explore it.
My goal is to walk with you on that journey.
What is spiritual direction?
Spiritual direction is a client-centered process in which a trained spiritual guide listens to and accompanies someone who desires a deeper relationship with God/s, the universe, or their higher self. The focus of the director is to provide the space to nurture the client’s own relationship with Divinity, especially through the use of silence and open-ended questions.
